Scope of services

Home watch consists of scheduled visual inspections of a property. It is not a home inspection, appraisal, security guard service or repair service, and it does not guarantee that damage or loss will not occur.

Scheduling and access

Visit frequency is agreed in writing before service begins. Clients are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property and for maintaining active utilities and insurance.

Reporting

A digital report with photos and notes is delivered after each visit. Urgent concerns are communicated as soon as they are identified.

Vendors and repairs

Repairs are performed by third-party contractors. Coordination is provided as a convenience; contractors are responsible for their own work.
