After years of experience managing multiple home and condominium associations, our owner saw the same story again and again: a small leak behind a wall, an air handler that quietly stopped keeping up, a window seal that failed during a summer storm. Discovered in week one, these are minor. Discovered in month five, they are devastating.
As a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM), our owner is held to professional standards of ethics, recordkeeping and accountability. That same discipline is applied to every private home we watch — consistent checklists, careful documentation and honest communication.
We are intentionally not a franchise. You'll work directly with the owner, and the same familiar person will walk your property every visit. That continuity is what allows us to notice the small change that nobody else would.
We are local to Port St. Lucie. We know how Florida humidity behaves in a closed house, how storm season tests a roof, and which contractors answer the phone when it matters.
