Why we don't publish a flat rate
A flat rate only works if every home is the same — and they aren't. A two-bedroom condo checked twice a month during a short trip needs a very different plan than a waterfront home with a pool, a boat lift and six months of vacancy. Quoting individually means you pay for the visits and services your property actually needs, and nothing you don't.
We'll always review your home and your schedule before giving you a price, so the number you receive is one we can stand behind.
